Spent part of today transferring songs into new mp3 player. Songs kept on iTunes have to be turned into mp3's first. No biggie.
Songs PURCHASED from iTunes refuse to turn into mp3's--"protected files".
Fuggitall, I bought 'em, let ME worry about protecting 'em!!!
Not even gonna mention the larger collection being held prisoner by RealPlayer. RP doesn't even contain the CONCEPT of mp3 files, near as I can tell. I may have to delete and re-download a collection built over four years >>>8(
