Cravings-Busters Again

--soy and almond flour brownies plus cream cheese frosting == whoopie pies / "Cakesters"
--almond flour spice muffins plus 1/2 cup to 1 cup of berries == "cereal bar"
--cheddar or american cheese, cut into tiny bits and baked until crispy == "Cheez-it"s
(I guess, Once A Junk Food Junkie...)
I'm also grateful for the Purloined Decadent Smoothie recipe, which gives my berries an additional day of life in my fridge...
Everybody's tolerance for substitutions is different, but it's nice to feel like I've got options to complement the stir-fries and veggie soups and Salads Topped w/Meat. And since I have to prepare the stuff myself, I'm arguably burning a couple more calories 8)
